We are very happy to advise that Quail Ridge Country Club is now under new ownership.
The organisation previously owned by Electra Ltd, was taken over by Senior Care Limited Partnership in December 2024, led by Neville Brummer.
Neville is a trained accountant, and left the profession after qualifying to follow a career in financial, business, and general management.
Neville immigrated to New Zealand in 2002 and since has been actively associated with the development of 10 retirement village projects in advisor, management or investor capacities. HPA provides a broad range of services, including development planning, architectural design, construction and project management. His directorship roles included operations, commercial services, and business development.
Neville was an independent director at Senior Trust Management, which managed a MIS Fund, listed on the NZX Main Board. The fund specialised in funding to the Retirement Village Sector.
He is an independent director at Crossgate Capital, a specialist investor in Cryptocurrencies, which provides investors a simple way to invest in Bitcoin and other crypto assets.
